About Sujata Cowlagi
Sujata Cowlagi is an expert in Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training. She has decades of experience and has led multiple trainings across the globe.

She is fully certified and registered as an experienced teacher with the International Yoga Alliance. She is also a registered provider for continuing education in yoga as well as a registered Prenatal and Children’s yoga teacher. She is a gold medalist in Yoga with Master's Degree in Yoga & Science of Living from India, she holds dual post-graduate diplomas in Complementary Health from England and in Mass Communications from India. Her classes are popular among students and teachers alike for their wisdom, precision and humour.

She has led multiple successful teacher trainings in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga in India, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and the United States to a diverse group of trainees at 200 hours and 100 hours level.

Born in Bhutan, Sujata was raised in India. She is also trained in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Pranayama, Children’s Yoga, Corporate Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Chanting, Meditation, Partner Yoga and study of Yogic texts. She has studied and lived in the United States, United Kingdom, Japan, and Singapore. She speaks eight languages. She leads retreats on wellness, coaches corporate employees and writes on topics related to health, wellness and Yoga. She is currently based in Singapore.
